Thế giới tiếp tục quan tâm đến tình hình nhân quyền vốn đang ngày càng tồi tệ hơn tại Việt Nam. Bản phúc trình ” Tự do Thế giới 2013 ” của Tổ chức Freedom House liệt kê Việt Nam vào danh sách một trong 47 quốc gia trên thế giới không có Tự do trong lĩnh vực quyền tự do Chính trị và các quyền tự do Dân sự của công dân đã phản ảnh một cách rõ nét và đúng đắn về tình hình nhân quyền tồi tệ tại Việt Nam hiện nay. Hàng loạt các vụ việc bắt giữ, giam cầm và kết án sai trái vi phạm nghiêm trọng luật pháp, hiến pháp và luật Tố tụng Hình sự của Nhà cầm quyền cộng sản Việt Nam đối với các tiếng nói bất đồng chính kiến trong nước trong thời gian gần đây không những đi ngược lại các cam kết Quốc tế của chính phủ Việt Nam về Nhân quyền và Công ước Quốc tế về các quyền Tự do Dân sự và Chính trị mà còn là sự thách thức to lớn đối với người dân Việt Nam, đối với Cộng đồng Quốc tế và đối với thế giới loài người tiến bộ.
Kể từ khi lên nắm chính quyền tại cả hai miền Nam-Bắc Việt Nam, Đảng cộng sản Việt Nam và giới lãnh đạo Ba Đình Hà Nội đã tự cho mình quyền ngồi trên luật pháp và Hiến pháp Nhà nước qua việc vận dụng Điều 4 của bản Hiến pháp như một định chế bất khả xâm phạm dẫn đến việc lãnh đạo Nhà nước, lãnh đạo Đảng xem thường pháp luật và ngày càng trượt dài. lún sâu trong sai trái và tội lỗi bất chấp luật pháp hiến pháp Nhà nước, bất chấp Công pháp Quốc tế và lương tâm đạo đức con người. Tham nhũng lan tràn trong Xã hội đẩy nền kinh tế đất nước rơi vào suy thoái và khủng hoảng nghiêm trọng, tạo nên Xã hội đầy bất ổn cộng với hành vi xử dụng bạo lực hà hiếp người dân một cách tùy tiện từ phía chính quyền các cấp khiến cho tiếng than oán của người dân vang vọng khắp mọi nơi và ngày càng đánh mất niềm tin của họ vào chính quyền dẫn đến các sự phản kháng, đối đầu với chính quyền ngoài ý muốn đó chính là toàn cảnh bức tranh hiện thực về con người và Đất nước Việt Nam ngày hôm nay.
Trước tình trạng bất ổn hiện nay, thay vì xem xét lại bản thân mình và lắng nghe tiếng nói của người dân, thì các Nhà lãnh đạo Đảng và chính quyền cộng sản Việt Nam lại lựa chọn phương cách đối đầu với người dân cả nước mà quyết định ra sức bảo vệ và tiếp tục duy trì sự tồn tại của điều 4 bản Hiến pháp, cũng như gia tăng các hoạt động đàn áp và chà đạp quyền con người tại Việt Nam hiện nay là những minh chứng rõ ràng cụ thể nhất. Đảng cộng sản Việt Nam và chính quyền cộng sản Việt Nam không thể tiếp tục một tay che lấp bầu Trời, không thể tiếp tục xem thường áp lực của Cộng đồng Quốc tế và nhất là không thể xem thường ý chí kiên cường và lòng yêu nước mãnh liệt của người dân. Các vị lãnh đạo Đảng và chính quyền cộng sản Việt Nam đã đến lúc cần phải thay đổi tư duy của mình để phù hợp với nhu cầu đòi hỏi của người dân về Nhân quyền và xu hướng Dân chủ hóa Toàn cầu hiện nay. Về phía người dân, cũng đã đến lúc cần phải lựa chọn cho mình những bước đi đúng đắn và tích cực hơn nữa trong việc đòi lại quyền làm người, thay vì tiếp tục cam chịu và nhẫn nhịn như đã từng chịu đựng trong suốt nhiều năm qua.

Freedom House: Vietnam is not free of political rights, civil

According to the report, “Freedom of the World 2013” by Freedom House recently announced, Vietnam continues to be rated as country where has no any freedom in the field of freedom of political freedom and civil liberties of people.
Annual Report of the protection of human rights organizations based in the United States shows that Vietnam is listed among 47 countries that have no freedom even beyond the list of nine countries considered is the lack of freedom the world’s worst including North Korea and Syria.
In the field of political freedom, Vietnam was rated the lowest point in a scale from 1 to 7. On civil liberties, Vietnam’s score is 5/7.
Sarah Cook, senior analyst in the field of internet freedom and East Asia in the organization Freedom House, told VOA Vietnamese language:
“Vietnam’s overall score was the same as many years ago, and we feel Vietnam is increasing tendency to suppress the fundamental rights of citizens, with recommendations to strengthen government’s internet management, with the blogger was arrested and sentenced to heavy criticism state or reflect corruption. People’s freedom of religion continued to be limited to 92 decrees detailing on religious belief into effect earlier this year. The important Freedom House report for it clear annual assessment, the freedom of political and civil rights of citizens in all countries in the world ranking and score can help people from compare the situation between the countries. Vietnam is considered there is no freedom in all the organization’s 2012 rankings include “Freedom in the world”, “Press Freedom”, and “Internet Freedom”.
Freedom House said the crackdown on activists network, say critics, bloggers, and social networking sites in Vietnam, particularly increased since 2008 to date.
Freedom of the World report by Freedom House published an annual survey since 1972 and ranked 195 countries and 14 territories around the world. This report is often the policy makers, the media, international corporations, activists and human rights defenders reference to track the trend of democracy, noting the progress or retrogression of the State of civil and political liberties of citizens.
